I’ve been using this company for 4 years and just moved to a new house and had Mi-Fiber installed. The customer service reps and techs are super quick, professional and some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with for internet and just in general. I literally jumped for joy when I learned that I could have Mi-Fiber installed at my new house as well. I have nothing but positive things to say about Mi-Fiber and the employees I have dealt with. It’s so refreshing that the same person I talk to on the phone is the same person that emails me and I can call her back directly. Also, she was so nice!
